Our Chardonnay was sourced from a Central Coast Vineyard in the Arroyo Grande Valley of San Luis Obispo County, California. It is a Chardonnay that blends the lines between the two predominant styles of California: The leaner, food friendly, non-oaked style and the traditional oaked and malo-lactic style.
It has aromatics reminiscent of cantaloupe, pear, fig and lemon zest with a fresh wet-stone minerality. It’s a light to medium bodied Chardonnay that finishes dry with grapefruit-like acidity.
