SAN PASQUAL VALLEY, CALIF. -- Wine grown, bottled and produced in San Diego County has been honored by the oldest and most renowned international wine competition in France's Bordeaux region.
San Diego, Calif. - A windfall of recent medals in national and international wine competitions, has shot Orfila Vineyards & Winery over the 1,000-medal mark.
While Alejandro Orfila spent most of his life hobnobbing with heads of state in Europe, North America and Asia, his heart was never far from the wine country where he was born.
